Greek Salad with Orzo and Black-Eyed Peas
This is a really good salad. The first time I made it, I followed the recipe and layered individual salads in 4 wide-mouth mason jars. It was beautiful. The original recipe, and a photo of the salad in a jar, is on Epicurious.
But this last time I made it, I just put it in a big bowl. It was easier and just as delicious, although taking a wide-mouth mason jar to work has a certain ring of nostalgia to it, no?
